Born 7/14/2024 happy and healthy. Pepper was the 5th born but our very smallest pup. But although she is small, she is very mighty. From day one, she has pushed her way, whatever way necessary or that she could find and utilize, in order to make her way to mama so that she could eat. For her size, she is incredibly strong. Almost superhero strong. While her brothers and sisters like to rough-house and play fight, Pepper would rather be cuddling or exploring the garden and smelling flowers. She either hasn’t reached the “puppy chew” phase or perhaps she just doesn’t like gnawing on shoes, or really anything other than her puppy food/treats. Cross-our/your-fingers. It’s hard to describe Pepper without experiencing her temperament and attitude yourself.  She doesn’t have “low” energy, because she loves exploring and walking through our garden/being outside in one of our two yards. But she just doesn’t have or display those super-hyperactive puppy energy spurts like the rest of the pups do intermittently throughout the day. She is incredibly well behaved, loves to cuddle (with just about anyone), particularly loves naptime, and is one of the first pups to be fully potty pad trained when it comes to #1…#2 we are still working on, although, with all of the time she loves to spend outside in the garden and sunbathing, it really hasnt presented itself as a problem. Pepper has this innocence and genuine good about her that is almost tangible when you are in her presence or holding her. Dad is a registered 75lb. Blue-Nose American Pit Bull Terrier that has very dark blue/chocolate coloring. Mom is UKC and ADBA registered American Staffordshire Terrier that is red and white. This is mama’s (Quinn) first litter. 8 pups (2 males and 6 females) were born 7/14/2024. Pups have been nursed the entire time, fully weened 8/30. They are all eating solid puppy food – we alternate puppy foods but always use only completely natural .  Pups have had full first round of vaccinations and have been dewormed at 3,5,&6 weeks (precautionary).  Health record and current+upcoming vaccination schedule will be provided at time of adoption along with registration paperwork for UKC and ADBA. Litter was registered with both of the previously mentioned kennel clubs on 8/20/24. It is currently estimated for paperwork turnaround time for both clubs to be around 6-8 weeks. In the event that registration paperwork and verification certificates have not arrived by the time of adoption, we will send them to the new FUR-ever family as soon as they arrive.
