For buyers
How do I find a puppy?
Use the search on the homepage or the Browse Puppies page. You can filter by breed, state, city, price, gender, and size. Every listing shows the puppy’s details and the breeder behind it.
How do I contact a breeder?
Open a listing and use the “Reveal phone” button to see the breeder’s phone number, or send a message directly from the listing page. You deal with the breeder directly — PuppyList never stands between you and the breeder or handles the sale.
Does PuppyList sell puppies?
No. PuppyList is a marketplace where independent breeders list their own puppies. The purchase — price, payment, pickup or transport, health records, and guarantees — is arranged directly between you and the breeder.
How do I stay safe?
Verify the breeder yourself before sending any money: talk to them, ask for current photos or video of the actual puppy, and confirm every detail directly. Never rush a payment — pressure to pay immediately is the most common sign of a scam. Read our Listing Guidelines & Buyer Safety page for the full checklist.
What if a listing looks suspicious?
Use the “Report this listing” link on the listing page. Our moderation team reviews every report.
For breeders
How do I list my puppies?
Create a free breeder account, complete your breeder profile (business name, phone, and location), choose a subscription plan, and add your listings from the dashboard. Listings need a title, breed, description, color, gender, date of birth, price, location, a contact phone, and at least one current photo before they can be published.
What do plans cost?
Current plans and pricing are shown on your dashboard’s Subscription page. Your subscription unlocks publishing; you can save drafts at any time without one.
What photos can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, and iPhone HEIC photos are supported. Photos are automatically optimized for the site. Use recent, honest photos of the actual puppies you are listing.

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions.
How do I close my account?
